As I promised, here is the recipe for the last post. Please keep in mind that this batch looks slightly different due to some
Parmigiano-Reggiano on top. In the near future, I will post some healthier versions of this recipe. Please try it and let us know.

Ingredients:
- 4 cups of all purpose flour
- 1¼ tsp of salt
- 1 Tbsp of sugar
- 1½ cups of water(room temperature)
- 2 tsp of dry active yeast
- 1 tbsp of apple sauce
- 1 tsp of butter
- 1/8 canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of water
- some sesame seeds or poppy seads
Direction:
- Mix #1 & #2 ingredients
- Dissolve #3, #4 and then mix #5 until the mixture foams
- Combine steps 2 and 3 and knead for 3 min
- Mix #6, and #7 #8 to the dough and knead for another 2 min
- Let dough rise to more than double its original size
- Divide the dough to 16 equal size with minimal handling
- Beat the eggs and 1tsp of water and brush on the dough
- Sprinkle either the sesame or the poppy seeds & let it rise for 20-25 min
- Preheat oven to 360° with the pizza stone
- Bake for 20-22 min
- Let it rest for 15 min and Enjoy!
